Understanding How Message Credits Work

When you send a message using our service, it costs you 1 credit per message sent. Whether you are reaching out to clients, customers, or team members, each individual message sent counts as one credit.
Message Receiving
Similarly, when you receive a message, it also consumes 1 credit per message received. This ensures that your ability to receive messages is balanced with your message-sending capabilities.
Webhook Calls
In addition to messages, certain automated processes, such as message delivery notifications or reading receipts through webhooks, also utilize credit. Each webhook call made, regardless of its purpose, costs one credit.
